These sessions are made for skateboarders who wish to help optimize their mental performance. You may be pleasantly surprised at how practicing Virtual Calisthenics (much like using Sports Psychology in other sports) improves your conscious awareness and performance when you next skateboard.

Each session comes with a complimentary, introductory Consultation Track to get you started, and should be listened to before your main VICA usage.
