VICA At Work Sessions encourage wellness, positivity and productivity in the workplace. They show that wellbeing while working is a top priority, for both the benefit of the individual, and for the success of the business. Mindfulness meditation helps you unleash mental clarity, creativity, positive drive, and creates calm in stressful situations. A good work environment exists where people are (and feel) appreciated and valued. Using VICA At Work encourages wellness at work, for personal use, or as a great addition to employee development or wellness programs, for companies both small and large. Each session comes with a complimentary, introductory Consultation Track to get you started, and should be listened to before your main VICA usage.
